    If you find your favorite product at the shop, press the "Add to Cart" button and register for the shopping cart.

    Products in the shopping cart will be included when ordering and delivered together. If you wish to send an option, please order separately.

    Check the contents of the shopping cart, press the "Check out" button and proceed to the orderer information registration.

    • * Shipping fee is not included in the price inside the cart.
    • * Shipping costs are automatically calculated and presented after registering the delivery address.

  • 2Orderer information registration

    Enter the orderer information (name, address, contact information) required for shipping the product.

    • * If you wish to deliver with DHL or Fedex, be sure to register information in English. If it is not English, shipment may not be possible.

  • 3Delivery method selection

    The order you ordered will be sent directly from Japan to your orderer. Delivery services and charges that can be used based on the products in the cart and the registered address registered are displayed. Please select the desired delivery method.

    • * The scheduled shipment date is listed on the detailed page of each product, so please check it at the time of purchase.
    • * If you purchase a product with a different shipment date at the same time, it will be shipped according to the product that is late in shipping.

  • 5About cancellation / return / exchange

    After ordering, please note that we cannot basically accept returns and cancellations for customer's convenience. If you can contact us within 7 days after the product arrives, we will replace it with new products only. In addition, we will bear the return shipping fee due to initial failure and damage.
