    When you find an item you like in the store, click the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your shopping cart.

    You cannot purchase "pre-order items" and "regular items" in the shopping cart at the same time. Also, even if they are "pre-order items", they cannot be purchased at the same time if they have different "product release dates". Please place separate orders.

    Please check the contents of your shopping cart and click the "Proceed to Purchase" button to proceed to the order information registration.

    • * Shipping charges are not included in the price in the shopping cart.
    • * Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed after you register your shipping address.
    • * The number of products is limited and will be discontinued while supplies last.
    • * Permits, regulations, and customs rules regarding the purchase of merchandise vary by country/region. Please be sure to check by yourself before purchasing.
    • * Some DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, video games, and DVD-Audio products have a region code for each region in which they are sold. The region code is set for both the player and the software, and the software cannot be played unless the target code for both is the same. Please check your player and the type of DVD or Blu-ray Discs you are purchasing below before purchasing the product. In Japan, the region code is set to 2 for DVDs and A for Blu-ray Discs.

  • 2Order Information Registration

    Please enter your order information (name, address, and contact information) required for product shipment.

    • * For shipments outside of Japan, please be sure to register your information using one-byte alphanumeric characters. Otherwise, we may not be able to ship your order.
    • * We will send you an "Order Completion E-mail" and "Payment Completion E-mail" to the e-mail address you entered, so please make sure you have set your spam mail settings so that you can receive "warps.avex-shop.jp" and "support-user.com" or cancel your spam mail settings. Please contact your cell phone company or the manufacturer of your email software for more details about your contract and settings.
  • 3Shipping Method Selection

    Ordered items will be shipped directly from Japan to the customer. Available shipping services and rates will be displayed based on the items in your cart and your registered shipping address. For shipments within Japan, Yamato Transport will be used, and Express Courier (Air) DHL will be used for shipments to countries and regions outside of Japan.

    • * The estimated shipping start date is shown on the detail page of each product, so please check it at the time of purchase.
    • * Some products may not be able to be shipped to certain countries and regions. In such cases, we will notify you on the shipping method selection screen based on your registered address after you register your order information. In addition, we may cancel your order even after it has been placed if delivery is difficult due to shipping carriers or other reasons, including global conditions.

    You can choose from several payment methods in this SHOP.

    • For domestic delivery in Japan:

    • For shipments to countries and regions other than Japan:

    • * Please inquire with your credit card company or payment service regarding the timing of debit.
    • * If you wish to register a billing address different from your delivery address, you can do so.
    • * You can register your payment information on our website. If you register your payment information, you will not need to register it again the next time you place an order.
  • 5Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

    Please note that we generally do not accept returns or cancellations for customer reasons after an order has been placed. Only in the case of initial defects or damage to the product, we will exchange it for a new product if you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please note that we will bear the return shipping costs for initial defects or damage.

    In addition, we do not offer reshipment in the event that an order is returned due to the customer's relocation, missing delivery address due to an address entry error, long-term absence, or non-payment of duties and taxes, including customs duties. Orders will be cancelled in accordance with our Terms of Use. Shipping (including customs duties and other taxes), handling charges, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from the amount and refunded to the payment method used.
    We will inform you of the refund details by e-mail at the time of order cancellation.

    • * The sizes listed are basically measurements on a flat surface and may vary slightly.
    • * The color, texture, etc. may appear different from the actual product depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing.
